This year more than ever the children of Apple Valley needed a helping hand with Christmas. On December 13, 2009, almost 400 children from elementary schools in Apple Valley were able to spend $40 on Christmas gifts for their families thanks to the generosity of the donors to the Secret Santa program.

Many organizations besides the Fire District contribute time, treasure and talent to this program. On behalf of the children of Apple Valley, the Fire District wants to express its sincere thanks to the many helping hands who helped make this another successful year.
