Fire District Breaks Grounds on New Station!

Apple Valley Fire District is proud to announce the groundbreaking for its newest fire station -- #337. On January 31st, the Fire District and the community of Apple Valley celebrated the official groundbreaking on the site at 19305 Jess Ranch Parkway. Not only is it thrilling to have a new fire station, but the construction cost is a gift from Pulte Homes/Del Webb! The partnership with Pulte Homes is a win-win situation for the neighborhood ... as the area grows with new residents and new businesses, additional support services are also provided.

Specifications for the new station:

* Lot size: .75 acres

* Building Size: 7,113 square feet

* Features: Two offices, 4-unit bay, sleeping accommodations for up to 4 personnel

* Construction Cost: $2.3 million

* Architect: BMG Inc., Tucson, AZ

* General Contractor: Eberhardt Construction Inc., Apple Valley

* Financed By: Pulte Homes/Del Webb
